Helsinki sauna scene is an ode to the age-old Finnish heritage, with a very special Helsinkian touch. Whether you’re new to sauna or already a convert and a committed sauna lover this is the place to experience the physical, social, psychological and spiritual benefits of sauna.

From the seaside sauna experience to the calm of Nuuksio National Park, where forests, lakes and gentle trails offer a peaceful escape near the city in the most beautiful time of the year. Along the way, meet local nature-focused service providers who bring the park’s stories to life, and enjoy Finnish happiness by an open fire.

Lunch is included in all programs: Enjoy a sky-high lunch at Lucy in the Sky, a rooftop restaurant where stunning views over Helsinki and Espoo—paired with great company—create an unforgettable mid-day moment. You’ll share this experience with all invited buyers and local hosts from Visit Finland, Finnair, Helsinki Partners and Visit Espoo.
