Organize an ice fishing competition for your friends, family or work team in Nuuksio National Park!

Do you dare to accept the challenge and try to see who is the ice fishing king of the group?

Who catches the first fish, whose catch is the longest, because the total length of all the fish decides the winner.

Is your choice of fishing lure correct, and do you have the right technique or does it perhaps still need some improvement? Did the ice drill hit the rocks and the fish scuttled? The winner will be rewarded handsomely!

Duration: 2-3 hours

Number of participants: 6-15 persons

Clothing: Warm winter outdoor clothing, maybe sunglasses, something to eat and drink

Location: Lake Haukkalampi, Haukkalammentie 30, 02820 Espoo

Meeting place: First parking area in Haukkalampi

Price: 460 eur including 2-10 persons, additional persons 20 eur/person. The price includes the use of fishing equipment with bait for the duration of the event, the services of a professional fishing guide and coffee/tea made over a campfire and self-fried sausages.

You can also rent snowshoes for the duration of the event for an additional fee.

In Haukkalampi, there is a toilet and several open fire places.

Ice and weather conditions are always confirmed by the organizer before the start of the event.

We are currently renewing our Sustainable Travel Finland label as proof of long-term work for sustainable nature travel.

Ice fishing events can be booked for the period between 1 December 2026 and 31 March 2027 (depending on the ice conditions) and all our events are also excellent for first-timers!
