Addition to the walking technique exercises we will enjoy the forest paths and gravel roads where we can get to know the nature of Nuuksio even better – pure inspiration by nature. Great views, great nature & great feeling!

Most of us like to exercise by walking and some of us go even for challenging mountain hikes. Both are done by our own feet. Many tend to get some pain in the knees and hip joints that can be reduced or even avoided by improving your walking technique. Imagine a long mountain hike or some everyday exercise walks with minimum soreness in the joints and muscles.

Difficulty level: Easy, some up and down hills

Lenght: aprox. 3 hours, 3-4 km

Price: 59 € per person. Valid until 31DEC2023.

Guide: Personal Trainer or Physiotherapist

Meetingpoint: Haltia Lake Lodge, Solvallanrinne 2, Espoo. Opposite the Finnish Nature centre Haltia. You are able to get on location by taking the trains U, E or X to Espoo Centre. From here you can continue with Espoo city bus 245(A), that departs from the pier 32. When buying the tickets: Haltia Lake Lodge is located in the HSL area C.

Additional information: Difficulty level is easy with a few up- and down hills along the way. You will need to be able to walk prox. 3-4 km in 3 hours in forest paths. Price is including a guided tour and coaching of a personal trainer or a fysiotherapist (expert on walking & running technigues). Remember to wear clothing & gear according to weather. Minimum of 6 persons and maximum of 20 persons. Note: weather conditions can affect the routing or arrangements.

Cancellation policy: A possible cancellation must be made latest 48 hours before the beginning of the activity. If cancellation is made closer than 48 hour before the scheduled starting time, Haltia Lake Lodge will charge the payment in full 100%.
