A decommissioned SAAB 340b airplane has been transformed into a unique accommodation lodge in the village of Uurainen, Jyväskylä Region. Here, guests can stay in the plane itself, in an air traffic control tower-styled villa, or in an extra granary guest room. The entire premise is always rented out privately to the same group, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. The company also offers equipment rental services, and for aviation enthusiasts, the Finnish Airforce Museum is just a 20-minute drive away. The accommodation opened in the summer of 2024.

Break Sokos Hotel Tahko, located in the heart of Tahko resort, is undergoing a significant renovation, with the main building's refurbishment complete and the old wing now being demolished to make way for a new five-story extension featuring SPA & wellness services, set to finish in December 2024. The hotel remains open during renovations, which include updates also to the Hophaus distillery restaurant. Proceeds from auctioned furniture are being donated to charity.
